To install this version of Teach Your Children, simply create a new
directory called TYC, unzip the file TYC15.ZIP within that directory,
and install as follows.
The following files must be present in order for this program to operate
successfully:
TYCHILD.EXE -Teach Your Children program file (remains in TYC
directory).
SPEAKER.DRV -Driver for your system speaker (remains in TYC
directory). This file will be installed
automatically only if necessary upon running the
program for the first time.
TADA.WAV -Produces positive audio feedback. ***(This file must be
copied into your \WINDOWS directory.)***
CUCKOO.WAV -Produces negative audio feedback. ***(This file must be
copied into your \WINDOWS directory.)***
WELCOME.WAV -Plays "Welcome" upon loading program. ***(This file must
be copied into your \WINDOWS directory.)***
GOODBYE.WAV -Plays "GoodBye" upon leaving program. ***(This file must
be copied into your \WINDOWS directory.)***
THREED.VBX -Contains graphic information utilized by the program
(remains in TYC directory).
OEMSETUP.INF -Contains info required by system if using SPEAKER.DRV
(will be installed automatically along with SPEAKER.DRV
if necessary).
VBRUN300.DLL -This file MUST BE PRESENT in your \WINDOWS\SYSTEM
directory. It is NOT INCLUDED in this package.
If you do not possess this file you must download it
and install it in the proper directory prior to
using this system.
